THE BUSINESS SHOW 2018 IPAD COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This competition is being run by Laura Gardner Design Studio Ltd. Registered office address 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.
The competition is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over excluding employees of Laura Gardner Design Studio Ltd and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
There is no entry fee. One entry per person.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry is subject to one of our 3 branding package options being booked and deposit paid during the duration of the Business show on 14th - 15th November 2018. If the package is cancelled the entry will be void and no longer eligible to win.
Competition entries valid between 10am on 14th November 2018, and closing date for entry is at 5pm 15th November 2018.
Draw will take place 1st March 2019. Winner will be notified immediately. Prize will be sent via post to winner. Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Prize is a silver Apple iPad Mini 128gb. No cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize or amend the rules of the competition if necessary.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
